Pratap Technocrats has secured a contract from NTPC to deploy 570 MWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) at its super thermal power plants in Madhya Pradesh.
Pratap Technocrats, a project management services provider with expertise in telecom infrastructure, has secured a contract from NTPC to deploy 570 MWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) at its super thermal power plants in Madhya Pradesh.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning, with the aim of enhancing grid reliability and supporting long-term energy infrastructure performance.
Of the total BESS capacity, 320 MWh will be installed at NTPC’s Gadarwara plant, while 250 MWh is planned for the Khargone super thermal power project.
