Advait Energy Transitions has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiaries focused on battery storage, carbon advisory, and power generation. The newly formed entities—Advait Battery Ecosystems, Advait Carbon Advisory & Renewables Assets, and Advait Unified Renewable Assets—expand the company’s presence across the clean energy value chain, from BESS manufacturing to climate advisory and asset ownership.
Advait Battery Ecosystems will develop and manufacture battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV batteries, and integrated power solutions across utility-scale, commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
The subsidiary will undertake turnkey and integrated projects on a build-own-operate (BOO), engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), or other contractual basis, covering both behind-the-meter and front-of-the-meter solutions. It also plans to integrate storage with renewable and hybrid energy systems, including solar and wind, alongside emerging clean technologies. Furthermore, the business will provide consultancy, advisory, technical, operational, and aftersales services for energy storage systems, while entering into collaborations, joint ventures, partnerships, or other arrangements in India or abroad for the development, deployment, and advancement of energy storage solutions.
In addition to manufacturing EV battery packs and standalone systems, the subsidiary will establish and operate facilities for battery recycling, refurbishment, and resource recovery, ensuring the sustainable lifecycle management of battery components and materials in compliance with applicable environmental standards.
Advait Carbon Advisory & Renewables Assets will focus on climate advisory and sustainability services with a portfolio spanning carbon advisory, ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, and carbon credit trading.
Advait Unified Renewable Assets will focus on the development and construction of utility-scale projects, including power plants and transmission infrastructure; the generation, transmission, distribution, and trading of electricity; and the manufacturing of electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and transformers.
