Serentica Renewables has signed a power supply and consumption agreement with INOX Air Products (INOXAP), India’s largest manufacturer of industrial, electronic, and medical gases, to deliver 75 MW of hybrid renewable power. The power will be transmitted through the inter-state transmission system (ISTS) to INOXAP’s manufacturing facilities across four Indian states.

Akshay Hiranandani, CEO of Serentica Renewables, commented, “This partnership reflects our shared commitment to driving decarbonization across India’s industrial ecosystem. The scale and inter-state nature of this project showcase our evolving capabilities to deliver firm, reliable, and geographically flexible clean energy to large enterprises.”

SK Jena, Head of Operations (LASU Onsite Plants) at INOX Air Products, said, “With decarbonization as a priority, we are committed to integrating sustainable practices into every facet of our operations. This agreement with Serentica marks a major milestone in our decarbonization journey, enabling us to significantly increase the share of renewable energy in our energy consumption mix and move closer to our Net-Zero target.”

Founded in 2022, Serentica Renewables is a private-sector renewable energy producer focused on decarbonizing hard-to-abate industries by delivering firm, dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) solutions. Its hybrid renewable energy systems integrate wind, solar, and storage assets to ensure 24/7 reliable clean power supply.

The company has already achieved 1 GW of renewable energy capacity, with active projects across multiple states. Backed by a $650 million investment from KKR, it aims to supply over 50 billion units of clean energy annually, potentially displacing 47 million tons of CO₂ emissions.
