Su-vastika Systems, a lithium battery storage and solar solutions company, has secured a strategic investment from Rotomag Enertec Ltd, a manufacturer of solar-powered pumping systems and drive systems.

Su-vastika, co-founded by Kunwer Sachdev (the founder of Su-kam Power Systems) and Khushboo Sachdev, has installed indigenous BESS solutions up to 200 kVA, with fully integrated IoT-based monitoring and remote management systems.

The Rotomag investment will help Su-vastika with deep industrial experience and manufacturing scale as it looks to scale clean, intelligent, and scalable energy solutions across India and international markets.

Rotomag, founded by Umesh Balani, exports to over 40 countries and a robust R&D ecosystem.

“This investment is more than capital—it’s a strategic collaboration built on shared values of innovation, sustainability, and market disruption. The companies will jointly work on co-developing products, expanding into new geographies, and leveraging each other’s technological and operational strengths,” stated Su-vastika.

Together, Su-vastika and Rotomag aim to bring intelligent, clean, and locally-built power solutions to homes, businesses, and industries. With a growing focus on Make in India, clean energy, and digital monitoring, this partnership is set to deliver on the promise of a more resilient and sustainable power ecosystem.
