Juniper Green Energy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for INR 5,000 crore ($611.24 million) loan with Power Finance Corp. Ltd (PFC). The company said it will use the amount to fund its upcoming 1.2 GW of renewable energy projects.
“With the above development, Juniper Green Energy is on track to achieve more than 4 GW of capacity by 2027 with a diversified portfolio of solar, wind, and hybrid projects,” stated Juniper Green Energy.
Juniper Green Energy has an existing portfolio of about 800 MW with an under-construction capacity of 435 MW and a development pipeline of more than 3 GW of solar, wind, and hybrid projects under various stages of development.
