The State-owned hydropower producer has been awarded 75 MW of grid-connected solar projects in the Jalaun district and 50 MW in the Kanpur Dehat district. Power generated from these projects shall be procured by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) for 25 years.

Installers now have until December 28 to bid for setting up the residential grid-connected rooftop solar capacity under CAPEX mode. Technical bid shall open on December 29.

The New Delhi-based solar products manufacturer will install and commission off-grid solar PV power plants in government office buildings in the Indian State of Uttar Pradesh.

The Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Development Agency (UPNEDA) has invited bids to install an aggregate 38 MW of residential grid-connected rooftop solar capacity in the State of Uttar Pradesh under CAPEX mode.

State-owned hydropower producer THDC and the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) will develop the solar park in the Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh through a joint venture with an equity participation ratio of 74:26. 

Developers now have until November 30 to bid for a cumulative 200 MW of grid-connected solar power projects to be developed in UP Solar Park located at Kanpur Dehat and Jalaun districts.

Bidders have until October 22 to lodge their interest to set up the 45 MW grid-connected solar project in the Mirzapur Jagir village of the Jalaun district.

Global bids are invited to develop a cumulative 200 MW of grid-connected solar power projects in Uttar Pradesh Solar Park.

Developers now have until July 14 to bid for setting up the capacity in the Uttar Pradesh Solar Park. Technical bid shall be opened on July 15.

The 500 MW solar auction cancellation by Uttar Pradesh comes as the latest blow to developers after a similar experience in Gujarat recently. Industry body NSEFI wants the central government to direct the state government to stop cancellation and issue the capacity to winning developers.
