Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd (SWREL), an Indian multinational renewable engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider, has reported consolidated revenue from operations of INR 7,548 crore for FY2026, its highest since listing.
The company commissioned around 4.5 GW (AC) of capacity during the year across domestic and international markets, marking its highest annual execution to date.
Order inflows reached INR 10,062 crore in FY2026, up 43% year on year, with 12 projects secured. The company’s unexecuted order book stood at INR 11,813 crore at the end of the fiscal year.
For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, SWREL reported revenue of INR 1,945.61 crore and a net profit (PAT) of INR 142 crore, its highest-ever quarterly PAT since listing. Operational EBITDA rose 53% year on year to INR 444 crore, while net debt decreased by INR 149 crore during the quarter.

As reported earlier, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has been declared L1 bidder for a 1,182 MWdc turnkey project from Coal India and secured a BOS order for a 50 MW DC project from a leading Indian IPP.
