Saatvik Green Energy Ltd, an integrated solar energy solutions provider in India, reported FY26 revenue from operations of INR 45.48 billion, up 111% year on year (YoY), marking the company’s highest-ever annual revenue performance.
FY26 EBITDA stood at INR 5.81 billion, up 62% YoY, while profit after tax (PAT) increased 64% YoY to INR 3.57 billion, representing the company’s highest-ever profitability performance.
The company attributed its strong FY26 financial performance to sustained business momentum, manufacturing scale-up, and continued project execution across key solar segments. During the year, Saatvik expanded its manufacturing footprint, diversified its solutions portfolio, and continued investments toward building a fully integrated solar manufacturing ecosystem.
Q4 FY26 revenue from operations stood at INR 16.08 billion, reflecting 75% YoY growth.
The company achieved its highest-ever annual production in FY26 at 3,162 MW, with effective capacity utilization of 84.07%. Its order book stood at approximately 5.89 GW as of March 31, 2026, providing medium-term business visibility.
“FY26 was a defining year for us, marked by our successful listing on the Indian stock exchanges and the delivery of our highest-ever Revenue, EBITDA and PAT performance,” said Prashant Mathur, chief executive officer, Saatvik Green Energy.
Operational performance
The company said its Ambala facility continued operations at 4.8 GW module manufacturing capacity during FY26, while its Odisha integrated facility comprising 4 GW of module capacity and an expanded 3.6 GW Phase 2 solar cell capacity remained on track, with tool movement expected to commence from Q1 FY27.
During the year, the company commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE encapsulant manufacturing facility, with plans to expand capacity to 5 GW. It also announced plans to enter ingot and wafer manufacturing with a proposed capacity of 6 GW.
Saatvik additionally expanded its product portfolio through the launch and development of hybrid inverters, off-grid inverters, B2C solar kits, transformer manufacturing, and battery energy storage system (BESS)-related solutions.
Saatvik Green Energy, a PV module manufacturer and EPC provider, currently operates a 4.8 GW module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana, and is developing a greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha with 4 GW of module capacity and 4.8 GW of solar cell capacity.
