Ceigall secures 147 MW AC solar project from MSEDCL

Ceigall has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for the development of a 147 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 Scheme. As part of the LoA, Ceigall will install the contracted project capacity across two districts, and will be responsible for its operation, maintenance, and supply of the generated power to MSEDCL under a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA).

The total EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) cost for the project is INR 597 crore, and the construction must be completed within 18 months.
