Jakson Green Infinity, the electrolyser manufacturing arm of Jakson Green, today announced that it has shipped its first batch of 3.8 MW electrolysers to produce hydrogen at India’s inaugural green hydrogen refueling station for urban mobility in National Capital Region (NCR).

The electrolyser, manufactured at Jakson Green Infinity’s state-of-the-art facility in Greater Noida, will enable production of clean, hydrogen fuel for vehicles and various other green applications.

The imported electrolyser stack was integrated with the balance-of-plant components which were indigenously designed, engineered, and manufactured at the greater Noida facility.

“We are thrilled to be at the forefront of India’s green hydrogen revolution,” said Bikesh Ogra, MD & CEO at Jakson Green. “The project is expected to significantly contribute towards propelling India’s low carbon journey. Our project reinforces hydrogen’s crucial role as a new energy transition fuel, reducing India’s dependence on imported crude oil and minimizing pollution.”

Jakson Green Infinity’s electrolyzer manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, has a current capacity of 300 MW per year. The company is planning to expand its manufacturing capacity and introduce new technologies to further strengthen its position as a leader in the green hydrogen industry.

Jakson Green, a global new energy transition platform headquartered in Noida, India with an international headquarters in Dubai, is backed by the Jakson Group, an infrastructure and renewable energy company. Jakson Green focuses on development and operation and maintenance of new energy assets across a wide range of technologies. It has a growing presence in India, Europe, MENA, CIS, and Africa.
