India’s Grew Energy will showcase its p-type (mono PERC) and n-type (TOPCon) solar modules at RE+ 2024, North America’s largest clean energy trade show that will take place from September 10-12, 2024, at the Anaheim Convention Center & Campus.
Grew Energy has accomplished 3-stage backward integration within two years of its inception. The company’s mono PERC modules with an efficiency up to 21.29% and TOPCon modules with an efficiency greater than 22.45% are designed for both residential and commercial customers.
“We are especially excited to bring our technology to North America, where we see immense potential for fostering sustainability through innovative solar solutions, accelerating the shift toward a cleaner, more sustainable future for the planet,” said Vinay Thadani, director & CEO, Grew Energy.
Grew has set up a fully functioning 1.2 GW factory in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with another 1.6 GW factory to be fully operational by 2025 in the same location. Additionally, it is building a fully backward integrated solar module manufacturing unit in Jammu & Kashmir with a commitment to invest INR 4,500 crore ($538.85 million). Upon completion, the facility will have the capacity to produce 3.2 GW of high-efficiency modules and 2.8 GW of ingots, wafers and cells per year.
