Hartek Group, an EPC solutions provider, announced that it has secured multiple 765kV projects from Power Grid Corp. of India Ltd (PGCIL). The key orders include the supply and commissioning of high-voltage transmission projects in Indore and Kurnool.
Hartek aims to commission the projects within the stipulated time of 14-20 months as per the exact project scope.
“The primary beneficiaries of 765kV projects are the transmission and renewable energy sectors, as these projects ensure efficient power transmission across regions to meet growing electricity demand and effectively manage the national grid,” stated Hartek.
“According to the latest reports by the Central Electricity Authority, 765kV substations contribute around 23%, bringing India’s total transformation capacity to 12,53,040 MVA, hence providing reliable power to the nation.”
The latest addition follows Hartek Group’s recent win of an EPC contract valued at INR 474 crore from a global private-sector renewable power producer. The Power Transmission Division of Hartek Power, part of Hartek Group, has executed over 350+ HV projects.
