Panasonic Life Solutions India, a distributed solar solutions provider, has partnered with Aerem Solutions, the parent company of NetZero Finance, to facilitate financial assistance for its solar customers in the residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) sectors. Panasonic aims to sell over INR 500 crore worth of solar products through this strategic collaboration.

The MOU outlines a framework where Aerem Solutions, through its financial arm NetZero Finance, will provide tailored loan facilities to customers of Panasonic’s solar products, thereby facilitating the adoption of Panasonic’s solar energy solutions across India.

Aerem Solutions has enabled over 350 MW of solar capacity since its inception. It provides end-to-end solar solutions, blending deep domain expertise in solar technology, finance, and technology. As the parent company of NetZero Finance, the only RBI-licensed solar-focused non-banking finance company in India, Aerem facilitates solar loans for businesses and homeowners, along with supply chain finance for solar EPC companies. Beyond financing, Aerem addresses key gaps in the solar value chain with SunStore marketplace and AeROC monitoring platform.

With over 45 years of experience in the solar energy sector, Panasonic is purportedly the only international company providing locally made solar products and services to the solar energy sector in India. It provides solar products like PV modules, inverters, street lights and recently made its entry into the B2C segment with the launch of solar residential kits.
