ACME Solar Holdings has reported a 98.4% year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT) to INR 498 crore for fiscal year 2026. The company posted total revenue of INR 2,507 crore for FY 2026, up 59% year on year. EBITDA increased 61% to INR 2,265 crore.
For the fourth quarter of FY 2026, revenue rose 30.7% year on year to INR 705 crore, supported by new capacity additions and higher capacity utilization factor (CUF). Quarterly PAT stood at INR 138 crore, with a PAT margin of 19.6%.
ACME Solar generated 6,464 million units (MU) of electricity during FY 2026, representing a 61.1% increase from FY 2025. The company attributed the growth to improved CUF and newly commissioned capacity. Average CUF for the year stood at 25.9%, while plant availability and grid availability were reported at 99.5% and 99.2%, respectively.
ACME Solar is an integrated renewable energy company with a portfolio spanning solar, wind, energy storage, hybrid, and firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects in India. The company currently has 2,990 MW of operational contracted renewable energy capacity and 2.3 GWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity.
Its under-construction portfolio totals 5,081 MW, including 15 GWh of BESS capacity. During FY 2026, the company signed power purchase agreements (PPAs) for 3,280 MW of capacity and 550 MWh of standalone BESS projects from the under-construction portfolio, taking its total PPA-signed capacity to 6,270 MW.
