Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd, a renewable energy solutions provider for the commercial and industrial sector, has announced the signing of a hybrid renewable energy supply agreement to decarbonize the manufacturing operations of Sangam India, a fully integrated textile manufacturer.
The agreement has been signed for 30 MWp of solar and 20 MW of wind power capacity, backed by a 2 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). The power will be supplied from CleanMax’s Bhikamkor hybrid farm under an intra-state group captive structure to five Sangam facilities across Rajasthan.
The project aligns with Rajasthan’s regulatory framework, led by the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2025, which streamline open access procurement, and enable hybrid renewable projects with storage. The framework facilitates the integration of storage solutions, supporting reliable and scalable adoption of clean power by industrial consumers.
Across Rajasthan, CleanMax has developed renewable energy projects at locations including Bhikamkor and Bikaner. As of March 31, 2026, the company has 525 MW of operational capacity in the state, supporting a diverse base of corporate and industrial customers.
Rajasthan’s high solar irradiation and strong wind potential make it a natural hub for hybrid renewable development. By combining solar and wind generation with storage, such projects enable a more stable and predictable supply profile across day-night cycles.
