SGEL tenders 500 MW solar in Rajasthan

SJVN Green Energy Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Ltd) has tendered the EPC package with land for development of up to 500 MW of AC grid-connected solar PV power projects in the state of Rajasthan. The projects will be located near 220 kV Bikaner-IV substation at Ambaran.

The selected contractor’s scope of work also includes transmission line and comprehensive operation and maintenance for three years.

Minimum bid size is 250 MW. The projects must use PV modules only from the models and manufacturers in the ALMM list published by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
