ReNew posts $43 million profit in the first nine months of FY 2024

ReNew Energy Global (ReNew), a NASDAQ-listed decarbonization solutions company, has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter of FY 2024 and nine months ended December 31, 2023.

Total income (or total revenue) for the first nine months of FY24 was INR 72,414 million ($870 million), 14% up from INR 63,493 ($763 million) for the first nine months of FY23. Net profit for the first nine months of FY24 was $43 million against a net loss of $61 million for the first nine months of FY 2023.

Total income (or total revenue) for Q3 FY24 was $232 million, compared to $193 million for Q3 FY23. Net loss for Q3 FY24 was $39 million compared to a net loss of $48 million for Q3 FY23.

As of Dec. 31, 2023, the company has a portfolio of 13.8 GW, including 8.5 GW of commissioned projects and 5.3 GW committed.
