Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy wins BOS package for NTPC’s 1.2 GW solar project in Gujarat

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd has won the balance-of-systems (BOS) package for 1.2 GW of solar projects in Gujarat. The package comprises four blocks of 300 MW(AC) each in NTPC Renewable Energy’s proposed 1.2 GW solar PV Project at Khavda RE Power Park in Rann of Kutch.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy secured the project by quoting the lowest bid in the auction.

The total project value, including three-year operation and maintenance, is INR 2,100 crore ($254 million).
