Amrut Energy Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of solar-powered water pumping systems, today announced its merger into Mascot Dynamics Private Limited, a diversified engineering group with a 15-year track record in serving India’s oil and gas, chemical, and water infrastructure sectors. The business will operate as “Amrut Energy, a Division of Mascot Dynamics,” strengthening its ability to scale manufacturing, expand market reach, and deepen institutional partnerships.

This integration establishes the Water and Solar Pumping Division within Mascot Dynamics, bringing together complementary capabilities across engineering, manufacturing and distribution. With access to the group’s capital base and cross-divisional expertise, the newly formed division is positioned to accelerate growth across domestic and international markets.

The merger has been structured to ensure seamless operational continuity, with no disruption to existing customers, suppliers, projects or channel partner relationships. Mr. Arvind Patel, Founder of Amrut Energy, joins the Board of Directors of Mascot Dynamics and will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Water and Solar Pumping Division. Shareholders of Amrut Energy will receive equity in Mascot Dynamics, aligning all stakeholders toward long-term growth in the industrial and clean energy sectors.

As a vertically integrated manufacturer, the division maintains an in-house production ecosystem for solar panels, submersible and surface pumpsets, and MPPT pump controllers. To date, the business has shipped over 65,000 solar water pumps and 150 MW plus of solar panels, while installing over 11,000 tank structures. With a network of 3,000 partners, the company holds state brand approvals for government-backed programmes across 15 states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. Its WASMO and Tribal Development Department approvals in Gujarat further reflect a track record of execution in complex, rural last-mile markets.

“Amrut Energy has invested years in building manufacturing capability, state approvals, and dealer relationships that are genuinely hard to replicate,” said Mr. Arvind Patel, Founder of Amrut Energy, and now CEO of the Water and Solar Pumping Division and Board Member, Mascot Dynamics. “Becoming part of the Mascot Dynamics group gives us the institutional backing and cross-divisional resources to grow faster and more sustainably. We are committed to delivering on what we have built for our customers, our dealers, and the farmers and communities who depend on our systems.”

The division has already deployed systems across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Australia. These existing operations serve as a foundation for export-led growth in regions where Indian solar pumping expertise is in high demand. Cumulative carbon emission savings from these global and domestic installations stand at approximately 696,600 metric tonnes.

Mr. Arvind Kamath, Founder of Mascot Dynamics, stated that the merger completes the group’s strategic structure. “Mascot Dynamics is, at its core, an engineering company. What we are building deliberately and over time is a group of businesses that each operate at the intersection of engineering quality, institutional relationships, and market need. The merger with Amrut Energy completes the formation of our four-division structure. Each of these businesses addresses a large and growing market in India. Our task now is to execute well within each of them, and to bring the full strength of the group to bear as each division scales.”

The completion of this transaction serves as a strategic milestone for Mascot Dynamics as it matures into a multi-division industrial and clean energy enterprise. By integrating Amrut Energy, the group now operates a consolidated portfolio across four business divisions, positioning the entity to meet the expanding demand for critical industrial, energy, and environmental infrastructure in India.
