Gensol Engineering today informed that the board directors of the company, in board meeting held today dated February 08, 2022, have consented to listing 1,09,36,923 (one crores nine lakhs thirty six thousand nine hundred twenty three) equity shares of the company from BSE SME Platform to Main Board of BSE Limited.
As a consequence, the company will be able to unlock more value for the shareholders by unleashing it shares towards larger public reach, since the lot size restrictions will be eliminated. This will lead to more wealth creation for shareholders, apart from opening a gateway of liquidity for the company, as evident from the statistics available with the BSE, Gensol Engineering MD Anmol Singh Jaggi said in a BSE filing.
