Waaree Renewable Technologies to acquire 55% stake in Associated Power Structures

Waaree Renewable Technologies, a renewable energy EPC arm of Waaree Energies, has signed agreements to acquire a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures for INR 1,225 crore. Following the acquisition, Associated Power Structures will become a subsidiary of the company.

Associated Power Structures is a power transmission and telecom infrastructure EPC services provider with in-house manufacturing facilities for lattice towers and steel structures.

According to a stock exchange filing, Waaree Renewable Technologies has entered into a Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement for the acquisition of Associated Power Structures.
