Premier Energies forms JV with BA Prerna Renewables for renewable EPC projects

Premier Energies Ltd has formed a strategic joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables to expand its presence in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) segment of renewable energy projects.

The joint venture company, HeliosAnthos Energies, will undertake solar, wind, standalone battery solar-wind-battery hybrid projects across India. It will offer end-to-end EPC solutions covering land acquisition, transmission connectivity, statutory approvals, detailed engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.

Premier Energies will acquire a 51% equity stake in HeliosAnthos Energies, while BA Prerna Renewables will hold the remaining 49% stake.

“This JV would strengthen our EPC capabilities and expand our footprint across the renewable energy sector,” said Chiranjeev Saluja, managing director & CEO, Premier Energies Ltd. “As the renewable energy market evolves, integrated solutions combining manufacturing excellence with execution capabilities will become more critical. Our partner, BA Prerna, brings special expertise in securing land and transmission connectivity, which are critical requirements for solar and storage-led energy infrastructure in India.”
