Insolation Energy announced that its subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has received Letter of Intent (LoI) for developing 109.79 MW of grid-connected solar capacity under Component A of the PM-KUSUM scheme. The projects, spread across 58 sites, will be implemented in RESCO mode and have been awarded by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL).
The scope of work includes design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25 years of operation and maintenance. It also covers construction of associated 11 kV lines for connectivity with 33/11 kV substations, along with a remote monitoring system (RMS).
The levelized tariffs are set at INR 2.55/kWh for 51 sites, INR 3.037/kWh for 6 sites, and INR 3.04/kWh for 1 site. The projects are slated for completion by the end of Q1 FY 2026–27.
Insolation Energy estimates an investment of approximately INR 380 crore (including GST) for the project.
