Advait Energy Transitions announced today that it has received the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ approval to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary Advaiteco Technologies.
Advaiteco Technologies will focus on the manufacturing, assembly, integrated supply, and trading of hydrogen technology equipment and products to support green ammonia, green hydrogen, and green methanol projects.
The entity will establish, operate and maintain manufacturing facilities for equipment such as electrolysers, fuel cells, spares, tools, and accessories related to renewable energy sources like solar, wind, hydro, hydrogen, and its byproducts, including carbon credits. It will also undertake activities related to the storage and transport of hydrogen and its derivatives.
Furthermore, Advaiteco Technologies will forge key partnerships and joint ventures with international players across the green energy value chain, to offer its customers a single-point integrated solution that satisfies their market expectations.
