Navitas Solar launches n-type TOPCon bifacial modules

Navitas Solar, a Surat based module manufacturer with a production capacity of 2 GW per year, has launched its latest n-type TOPCon bifacial modules at Intersolar India 2024. The modules offer power from 560 watts to 630 watts per panel with an efficiency greater than 22%.

Navitas n-Type TOPCon modules come with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty. These are built with 182mm (M10), 16BB, half-cut cells. The panels can be used with a maximum system voltage of 1,500 V. The operational temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C.

The 560-580 W panels are available with dimensions of 2,278 mm x 1,134 mm x30 mm. The 590-630 W panels are available with dimensions of 2,466 mm x 1,134 mm x30 mm.

“With 144 and 156 half-cells and 16 bus bars available in 3.2mm ARC glass with transparent back sheet and 2 mm in glass-to-glass combinations, our latest technology modules can generate power from 560 watts to 630 watts per panel offering module efficiency >22%,” said Ankit Singhania, director, sales – procurement & co-founder, Navitas Solar.

Navitas Solar, based in Surat, produces polycrystalline, mono PERC and TOPCon solar modules ranging from 5 W to 720 W per panel. The company’s subsidiary Navitas Alpha Renewables manufactures solar encapsulants and backsheets. Navitas Solar also provides EPC services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients on rooftops as well as open access solar parks.
