NLC India Ltd, a mining company under India’s Ministry of Coal, has invited domestic bids to set up a 100 MW interstate transmission system (ISTS) connected solar power project for self-consumption. The project can be built anywhere in India.
The scope of work includes land procurement (on a purchase or lease basis), design, engineering, site development, manufacture, supply, transport, storage, erection, testing and commissioning of the total capacity of the 100 MW solar power plant and the evacuation system up to the delivery point. The scope also includes operation and maintenance of the entire solar plant up to the delivery point, free of cost for the warranty period of 12 months from commercial operation declaration and paid O&M for a period of three years after the warranty period.
The project completion period (including commercial operation declaration) is 15 months from the award of the contract.
