Erisha E Mobility, an e-mobility entity of Rana Group, has forayed into the green hydrogen business in a joint venture with Germany’s Greenbox Global Holding (Greenbox). The joint venture, Erisha Hydrogen India, aims to offer solutions for sustainable energy production, conversion, storage, and service systems. It will manufacture a whole range of hydrogen solutions like hydrogen containers, energy storage systems, hydrogen gensets, and hydrogen vehicles, leveraging Greenbox technology.

Greenbox is already offering the implementation of decentralized scalable green hydrogen plants.

“Erisha is confident that the unique technologies developed by Greenbox such as its artificial intelligence-based prediction algorithm and verticalized business approach will enable it to improve the overall hydrogen production by up to 25% compared to state-of-the-art electrolyzer installations and will make hydrogen competitive in the mobility markets. This will enable a wide range of innovative business models for green hydrogen technologies, such as off-grid energy supply, grid balancing services, peak shaving, and super fuel production,” stated Erisha.
