REIL tenders for supply of 5.8W mono PERC solar cells

Jaipur-based Rajasthan Electronics India Limited (REIL) has invited bids to supply five-busbar mono PERC silicon solar cells with a peak rated output of 5.8W. Quantities required are 5000.

The cells should be 158.75×158.75 ± 1.0 mm or 156.75×156.75 ± 1.0 mm in size with a 190 ± 30 µm thickness (including paste on back/ front).  

The front busbar must be at least 0.7 mm wide. The backside must have 1.8 mm continuous/discontinuous silver soldering pads with aluminium back surface field.

The cells are to be supplied within two weeks in a single lot from delivery clearance.  

Only REIL-approved bidders will be considered against this tender. Those not listed as REIL-approved vendors will be required to provide a sample of 150 cells for evaluation and acceptance before the due date of the tender.
