Bihar: BREDA issues 40 MW PV rooftop tender

On behalf of the Energy Department of the Bihar Government, BREDA has invited bids for 40 MW worth of grid-connected rooftop solar PV systems for various locations across the Indian state of Bihar.

Selected developers will take care of the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the projects, and also provide five years maintenance.

Furthermore, developers must bid for minimum of 1 MW. The tender document stated, “If offer quoted capacity by the bidder is less than 1 MW, then the bid will not be considered, and it will not be further evaluated.”

The date for bid submissions is February 16, 2018.
