ReNew refinances dollar-denominated bonds worth $525 million

The Indian renewable energy developer has refinanced its dollar-denominated bonds worth $525 million ahead of their maturity in 2024. The refinancing has slashed the interest cost by 200 basis points and pushed the maturity to the end of the fiscal year 2027.

Emmvee eyes early-mover advantage with wafer-to-module production

Energy output is over 100 times the input needed to manufacture solar panels

New residential battery from the Netherlands

Dutch startup Charged has developed a lithium-ion battery with a storage capacity of 5 kWh. It can be stacked in a six-unit configuration to reach 30 kWh. It measures 400 mm x 500 mm x 200 mm and weighs 45 kg.
