At REI 2025, Waaree Energies showcased its 645 Wp TOPCon G12R back-contact solar module with a high efficiency of 23.88%. The module is part of TEJOMAY series that features dual-glass back-contact modules from 635 Wp to 665 Wp with efficiencies from 23.51% to 24.62%, respectively.
The module is built with 132 G12R n-type half-cut cells. It features 2mm semi-tempered glass on the front (HTAR) and back and an anodized aluminium alloy frame. Bifaciality is 75±5%.
The module measures 2,382 mm x1,134 mm x 35 mm and weighs 34 kg. It comes with a product warranty of 12 years and performance warranty of 30 years.
