Waaree Energies Ltd., one of India’s leading solar module manufacturers, announced that it has secured orders totaling 692 MW for the supply of solar modules for projects in India and the United States.
The company said that orders aggregating 570 MW — comprising 220 MW, 210 MW, and 140 MW — have been placed by renowned customers engaged in the business of owning, developing, and operating renewable power projects across India.
In addition, Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has received an order for 122 MW of solar modules from a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in the United States.
According to the company, the supply of these modules is scheduled to take place during financial years 2025–26 and 2026–27.
