Acme Solar reported a consolidated revenue of INR 584 crore for the first quarter of FY2025-26, marking a 71.8% year-on-year (YoY) increase driven by capacity additions and improved capacity utilization factor (CUF). Consolidated net profit surged 9,319% YoY to INR 131 crore.

Power generation in Q1 FY26 was up 107.1% YoY, supported by higher CUF and newly commissioned capacity. The company’s operational assets in Rajasthan, with a contracted capacity of 2,251 MW, delivered an average CUF of 30.3%.

During the quarter, Acme commissioned 350 MW of new projects, including the 300 MW Acme Sikar solar project contracted with SECI and the 50 MW Acme Pokhran wind project contracted with GUVNL. This brings its operational portfolio to 2,890 MW—an increase of 115.7% YoY.

The company also secured its first standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects totaling 550 MWh from NHPC. Additionally, it signed power purchase agreements (PPAs) for 250 MW of firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE), 300 MW of solar capacity, and 550 MWh of standalone BESS projects. Acme placed orders for over 3.1 GWh of BESS with leading global energy storage suppliers, including Zhejiang Narada and Trina Energy.
