Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has received an order for supply of 500 MW solar modules. It said the order is placed by a renowned developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States.
The supply of solar modules will commence in financial year 2026-27.
Waaree Solar Americas Inc. announced the expansion of its solar module manufacturing facility in Brookshire, Texas. The facility, which currently operates at 1.6 GW capacity, will soon be expanded to 3.2 GW.
