Koraam New Energie, a business vertical of Kosol Energie, has secured an order for supply of solar pumps worth INR 186 crore for projects to be implemented under Component B of the PM-KUSUM Scheme. The order, received from different nodal agencies, includes the provision of 5,500 pumps. This includes an order for 3,000 pumps from the Magel Tyala Saur Pump Yojana in Maharashtra, out of which 2,200 pumps have been installed.
“This accomplishment reflects the confidence farmers have in our technology and services,” stated Parag Vyas, Director of Kosol Energie. “At Koraam, we aim to empower rural India by providing dependable, sustainable, and cost-effective solar solutions that enhance agricultural productivity and improve farmers’ livelihoods.”
In addition to solar pumps, Koraam is also set to introduce new systems for farmers, including solar-powered milk chillers, solar dryers, and solar refrigeration storage.
