Advait Energy Transitions (formerly known as Advait Infratech Ltd) has recorded a consolidated total income of INR 406.46 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, 92% up from INR 211.72 crore in FY 2023-24. Profit rose 47% to INR 32 crore.
Total income for Q4 FY 2025 was INR 198.52 crore, against INR 100.50 crore in Q4 FY 2024. Profit soared to INR 12.88 crore, against INR 9.79 crore in Q4 FY 2024.
The Group operates in power transmission and natural renewable energy segments. The financial results include the results of its following entities: TG Advait India (joint venture), Advait Greenergy, A & G Hydrogen Technologies, Advait Energy Holding As and Advait Transmission Tools.
The Group has recommended a dividend of INR 1.75 per equity share of INR 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
