Reliance New Energy Ltd, an arm of Reliance Industries Ltd, has showcased its made-in-India bifacial HJT solar modules at REI Expo 2024. The modules are suited for megawatt- and gigawatt-scale power plants.
The Pro-XL series features modules in outputs of 740 to 760 Wp and module efficiency of up to 22.5%. The modules are built with 144 half-cut bifacial HJT cells based on G12 wafer format. Bifaciality factor is up to 91%. The modules measure 2,597×1,305×30 mm and weigh 42 kg.
The Pro-L series includes modules with outputs of 690-720 Wp and module efficiency of up to 23.1%. These modules are built with 132 half-cut G12 cells. The modules measure 2,386×1,305×30 mm and weigh 38.3 kg.
Key features of Pro-XL and Pro-L series modules include lowest temperature coefficient of power (-0.24% per degree C), lowest annual deration (0.3% per year), 90.3% power at the end of 30 years warranty, and 86%±5% bifaciality.
