Hiten Parekh, formerly chief business officer at Navitas Solar, is starting a new position as assistant vice president – commercial and industrial at O2 Power, a renewable energy platform that develops and operates utility-scale solar and wind projects in India. In this new role, Parekh will enable energy transition for customers in Maharashtra through customized renewable energy solutions offered by O2 Power.
Belgium-based industrial machinery manufacturer John Cockerill Group has promoted Vivek Bhide, managing director of John Cockerill India, to regional president of John Cockerill Group. Bhide will be based out of India. John Cockerill secured a 140 MW electrolyzers order from India’s Greenko in February this year.
