Gujarat-based Rayzon Solar has introduced the L’LIOS series of bifacial PV modules with transparent backsheet. The modules are based on mono PERC, half-cell technology and a 10-busbar design. These provide power outputs ranging from 530W to 540W, with power conversion efficiencies of 20.59% to 20.98%. The rear-side gains are up to 20%.

The open-circuit voltage is between 48.8 V and 49.3 V and the short-circuit current is between 13.38 A and 13.51 A.

Each module measures 2,272 x 1,133 x 40 mm and weighs 28.6 kg, with the front cover (tempered glass) measuring 3.2 mm thick. It also features an IP68 enclosure rating and an anodized aluminum alloy frame.

The panels can be used in PV systems with a maximum voltage of 1,500 V and an operating temperature between -40 C and 85 C. These come with a 30-year linear power output warranty.

“Rayzon has solar module manufacturing capacity of around 1.5 GW. It is now working toward expanding the module production capacity to 5 GW by 2025 along with 1 GW of solar cell capacity,” Hardik Kothiya, director of Rayzon Solar, told pv magazine.
