Maharashtra tenders 25 MW grid-connected solar

The Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Ltd (MAHAGENCO) has invited bids to set up a 25 MW AC grid-connected solar power plant in Maharashtra. The plant is to be built in Shivajinagar, Dhule district, on a revenue share basis (under public-private partnership mode).

The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the solar power plant with associated 33 kV evacuation lines. The installer shall also provide 25 years of operation and maintenance support.

The plant is to be developed using crystalline silicon solar technology.

Bids can be submitted until November 10.
