SECI tenders 500 MW/1,000 MWh of battery storage projects in Rajasthan
Global bids are invited to develop a cumulative 500MW of battery energy storage system facilities on a ‘build-own-operate-transfer’ (BOOT) basis in the Indian State of Rajasthan. The proposed plants can be set up in two projects of 250MW size, each with the capacity to store at least two hours of electricity. Bidding closes on June 10.

Developers have until May 27 to submit bids for projects anywhere in India. The projects are to be set up on a build-own-operate-transfer basis.
Uttarakhand retenders 40 MW grid-connected solar project
Developers have until December 3 to submit bids for the project which shall come up on dams at Haripura (27 MW) and Tumariya (13 MW) in district Udham Singh Nagar. The project will be awarded through tariff-based competitive bidding.

The Irrigation Department of Uttarakhand, in Dehradun, has re-tendered a 27 MW solar project at the Haripura Dam and a 13 MW installation at the Tumariya Dam in the Udham Singh Nagar district. The project will now be awarded through tariff-based competitive bidding.
Uttarakhand tenders 40.84 MW solar project at two dams
The irrigation department of the state of Uttarakhand has invited bids for setting up of 40.84 MW solar PV project at Haripura (27.34 MW) and Tumariya (13.50 MW) dams in district Udham Singh Nagar. The projects are to be built under build-own-operate-transfer model. The deadline for bid submission is February 15. Technical bids will be opened on February 18, while the date for opening of financial bids will intimated in due course.
