NHPC tenders 1082.16 kW solar capacity in Himachal Pradesh

The state-owned hydropower generator has invited bids for setting up of rooftop and small solar power plants of total 1082.16 kWp capacity at its power stations/units in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The projects will be awarded through domestic competitive bidding followed by e-reverse auction.

NTPC tenders 15 MW floating solar project in Himachal Pradesh

The project would be awarded based on international competitive bidding followed by reverse auction. The deadline for bid submission is February 25. The bids will opened on February 26, while the date of reverse auction will be intimated at a later date.

SECI extends bids for 150 MW floating solar project

The Solar Corporation of India (SECI) has extended bids for a 150 MW floating solar tender in Uttar Pradesh; and for a 2 MW PV plant coupled with 1 MW of storage in Himachal Pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh will tender another 500 MW solar capacity by end of October

The recent 500 MW grid-connected solar capacity tendered by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) was oversubscribed by 250 MW. A reverse auction will now be held on October 9. The capacity is part of the previous 1 GW tendered capacity, which was oversubscribed by around 800 MW, but cancelled due to high tariffs
