The two-day Gandhinagar edition, themed ‘Empowering Rural Innovation for Global Change’, will convene industry leaders, policymakers, agri-enterprises, women entrepreneurs, local communities, and technology start-ups. With a strong emphasis on technology integration and cooperatives, the Summit will facilitate meaningful dialogues and collaborations on how digital tools, AgriTech and RuralTech innovations can unlock new avenues of growth across rural India. It will showcase how cutting-edge technologies can enhance productivity, create sustainable livelihoods, expand market linkages, and drive inclusive development across the rural economy. The Summit will also underscore the critical role of cooperatives in powering India’s rural growth engine.

With an expected footfall of over 5,000 and 80 exhibitors, 30+ knowledge sessions, 200+ participating cooperatives, 150+ AgriTech and RuralTech innovators, and multiple live technology demonstrations, the Gandhinagar Summit will spotlight technology-driven growth across India’s rural ecosystem.

Mr Manikumar S., Chief General Manager, NABARD, said, India’s rural economy is entering a decisive phase where technology, innovation and the cooperative network can together accelerate meaningful change. At NABARD, we are focused on becoming a tech-enabled catalyst—enhancing digital infrastructure, equipping Rural Cooperative Banks (RCBs) with modern capabilities, and creating an environment where farmers, cooperatives and rural entrepreneurs can grow with confidence. The Earth Summit is an important platform that brings all stakeholders together to shape a development roadmap that is inclusive, resilient and ready for the future.”

Mr Gaurav Chopra, Senior Vice President, IAMAI, said, “The Gandhinagar chapter of the Earth Summit highlights how digital innovation, when integrated with the cooperative movement, can reshape India’s rural economy. Our aim is to enable collaboration between the cooperative sector and the digital ecosystem so that new tools, platforms, and models of governance can reach the last mile. This Summit is a step towards building a rural development framework that is tech-driven, future-ready, and globally relevant.”
