Serentica Renewables, a leading renewable energy provider in India, has announced the appointment of Satish Kumar Rathor as Chief Operating Officer – Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
With nearly three decades of experience across nuclear, thermal, and renewable energy domains, Satish will lead Serentica’s solar and battery energy storage operations, focusing on execution excellence, operational scale-up, and delivery of reliable round-the-clock clean energy solutions to industrial consumers. Having gained extensive exposure across project execution, operations, and energy infrastructure development, Satish’s experience spans large-scale project delivery, operational optimisation, and the integration of clean energy technologies across diverse energy portfolios.

Prior to joining Serentica Renewables, Satish served as Vice President at KEC International Limited, where he played a pivotal role in leading large-scale renewable energy projects across India. Having worked with leading players in the industry, Satish’s career is marked by strong execution capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and the successful delivery of complex projects at scale.
