In a significant milestone for the Company, this marks Saatvik’s first-ever EcoVadis recognition, positioning it among a select group of companies globally acknowledged for their sustainability performance.
Saatvik achieved a score of 69/100, placing it in the 79th percentile among all companies assessed globally, reflecting a strong debut performance on the global ESG benchmark. The assessment evaluated the Company’s policies, practices, and disclosures across four critical themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
EcoVadis evaluates over 130,000 companies globally, with ratings based on leading international standards, including the UN Global Compact Principles, International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, and ISO 26000 guidelines. The rating provides a rigorous, evidence-based assessment while also serving as a roadmap for continuous improvement.
Securing this recognition in its very first assessment cycle underscores the strength of Saatvik Green Energy Limited sustainability foundation and its accelerated alignment with global ESG frameworks.
