ILine Launches “Green Reward Program Campaign” to Promote Sustainable Deliveries and Reward Eco-Conscious Customers

ILine, a leading innovator in last-mile delivery solutions, has announced the launch of its pilot Green Reward Program, aimed at encouraging environmentally friendly delivery practices by rewarding customers for orders completed through electric vehicles (EVs).

Launched on July 19, the program is already active and has received positive customer response during its early phase, reflecting growing interest in sustainable delivery choices. As part of ILine’s larger sustainability and innovation program, the Green Reward Program engages customers in reducing their carbon footprint. During the pilot phase, the Green Reward program rolled out to 4650 existing ILine customers who have ordered at least once already. The program follows the reward system through gamification features integrated into the ILine mobile app.

Through this initiative, customers will be rewarded based on the carbon savings generated from their green deliveries. For every kilometer covered using an electric vehicle, approximately 120 grams of carbon emissions are saved. Once a customer accumulates 10,000 grams of carbon savings through EV deliveries, they will receive a ₹150 reward credited directly to their ILine wallet. The reward will remain valid for 30 days from the date of credit, encouraging regular engagement with the platform.
