Since its kick-off in Surat on June 1, 2025, followed by events in Jaipur, Noida, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, the job fair has engaged more than 2,000 candidates-including upwards of 1,000 freshers, followed by the next fair at Rajkot on July 20, 2025. The multi-city job fair covering over six states ensures inclusive representation across diverse demographics nationwide. The Company takes pride to employ a workforce that is 70% composed of individuals from our tribal communities.
