Dylect, one of India’s fastest-growing lifestyle tech brands, has installed 15–20 solar street lights at Sandipani Muni School (FFLV) in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, under its CSR initiative. The project aims to create safer and well-lit pathways for students, particularly young girls who commute during early morning and late evening hours. By harnessing renewable solar energy, the installation furthers the school’s sustainability goals and reduces dependency on conventional electricity sources.

Sandipani Muni School provides free education, nutritious meals, transportation and long-term academic support to underprivileged girls from nursery to Grade 12, and has already enabled learning opportunities for more than 3,800 students. The strengthened lighting infrastructure will enhance campus safety, improve visibility for students and staff, and support operational efficiency by lowering energy expenses, enabling the institution to redirect more resources toward student welfare and development.

With the installation of these solar lights, students can now safely return to the school in the evening to make full use of its excellent sports facilities. This enhanced accessibility allows them to pursue athletic development alongside academic learning, nurturing their talent and providing opportunities to participate in larger sports events at regional and national levels.

Speaking about the initiative, Anuj Bhatia, Founder of Dylect, said, “Our CSR mission is centred on meaningful and sustainable community impact. Reliable infrastructure should not be a privilege, but a basic necessity for young learners. The installation at Sandipani Muni School aligns with our commitment to supporting education-focused organisations through scalable and long-term clean energy solutions.”

In addition to academic learning, the school actively encourages sports and holistic development. Dylect is currently exploring opportunities to support the institution’s upcoming annual sports event as part of its extended CSR engagement.

With this initiative, Dylect reinforces its long-term commitment to leveraging sustainable technology for community upliftment, improving safety, access to education, and lighting up pathways to brighter futures for young learners across India.
