Acculon launches production of sodium-ion battery modules, packs

US-based Acculon Energy has announced series production of its sodium-ion battery modules and packs for mobility and stationary energy storage applications. Scaled production of 2 GWh is scheduled to start in mid-2024.

Grew Energy to invest INR 3,800 crore for 2.8 GW solar cell, wafer unit in Gujarat 

Grew Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding worth INR 3,800 crore for setting up a 2.8 GW solar cell and wafer factory in Gujarat. Under the MoU, the state government of Gujarat will facilitate permissions and clearances for Grew’s manufacturing unit.
