Enlight Metals, a Pune-based metal aggregator, has started production of solar mounting structures through a contract manufacturing model.

The company said its initial product portfolio includes roll-formed mounting components such as C-channels, Z-sections, slotted angles, and structural pipes. These are manufactured using Galvalume steel grades including AZ150, AZ180, and AZ200, to offer enhanced corrosion resistance and consistent performance across diverse environmental conditions.

Enlight Metals is leveraging a contract manufacturing model supported by a strong network of partners across key industrial hubs such as Pune, Raipur, and Faridabad for faster turnaround time, optimized logistics, and improved cost efficiencies for clients across regions.

According to the company, the structures are made from solar-grade steel with yield strengths above 550 MPa to support long-term usage for utility-scale solar project lifecycles of over 25 years.

The company is also integrating technology-led capabilities such as AI-driven demand forecasting and real-time supply chain optimization to enhance operational efficiency and reduce material wastage.

“India’s renewable energy growth is creating a strong need for reliable and high-performance solar infrastructure,” said Vedant Goel, Director, Enlight Metals. “At Enlight Metals, we are focused on manufacturing quality-driven mounting structures that enhance durability and long-term performance. Through our technology-led approach and focus on advanced materials, we aim to deliver solutions that create sustained value for developers and contribute to building a robust clean energy ecosystem.”

Going forward, Enlight Metals plans to expand its product range to include complementary solutions such as cable trays and pre-engineered building (PEB) components, further strengthening its position as a comprehensive structural solutions provider for solar and infrastructure projects across India.
